Wanted – Commercial spaces

Here’s my current list of space wanted for clients:
1.  Single-tenant lt. industrial/production building < 5000 square feet FOR SALE, fairly close in Pdx.  Urban renewal area desired.
2. Dance studio space 1000-2000 sf, close in.
3. Daycare/montessori school/facilities for sale in the Pdx Metro area.
