Services

PCR has the residential and commercial expertise to offer a wide range of services throughout the Portland’s central and eastside communities, including:

Residential | Commercial | Investment | Mixed Use | Sustainable Development

Quality Listing Services

Portland Community Realty (PCR) will market your property accurately and effectively from the very beginning-strategically positioning your property within the marketplace, maximizing its exposure to general and targeted audiences, removing barriers to sale, and adding substantial value to your bottom line.

Affordable Service Rates

PCR maintains the lowest possible overhead so that we can achieve our community reinvestment goals while offering competitively low commission and fee schedules.  Our advantage is our independence-we don’t have to split our earnings across a long franchise chain, so we can still afford to maintain the highest levels of service for our clients.

Diligent Buyer Services

PCR understands the importance of due diligence in the buying process.  We enjoy working with home buyers, investors, and business owners to find just the right location and fit, while shedding light on the relative strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of various options.  Our services to buyers are typically paid by a seller through their listing broker, but we go the extra mile to see that our buyers’ get the best value for their dollar.

Community Development

PCR strives to fulfill its mission of creating healthy, vibrant, sustainable communities throughout Portland.  We set aside 10% of sales proceeds, and offer volunteer time, technical assistance, research, and grant writing skills to community-driven projects such as:

  • Tree plantings
  • Native habitat restorations
  • Public art works
  • Block parties
  • Neighborhood clean-ups
  • Summer concerts in the park
  • Streetscape improvements
  • Storefront improvements
  • Community gardens
  • Native plant education and naturescaping
  • Neighborhood watches and crime prevention education
  • Creation of new parks and trailheads
  • Pedestrian and bikeway improvements
  • Access to healthy, locally grown food
  • Local business incubation and development
  • Business association organization and development
